What are your office hours?
Office Drop-off Hours are from Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Home-Visit Hours on Weekdays from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Weekends from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Online /Remote Support on Weekdays from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Weekends from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
How long will it take to fix my computer?
- We estimate 3-5 business days after the PC’s diagnostic is completed and payment has been made

When is payment due?
- Not until after the diagnostic is complete. For your convenience, we take multiple types of payment and can take payment over the phone.
Can I speak to a technician at drop off?
- Our technicians rotate from our office and the field. Due to this rotation, you may miss speaking with a technician by dropping in. However, we can always set up an appointment with you to speak with a technician when you drop-off over the phone.
