All work comes with a guarantee and if you ever need anything regarding your order after the service is all done they're always ready to help. Perfect example, I accidentally forgot to tell ProdigyTeks about a program I needed prior to them doing a complete wipe of my hard drive and ProdigyTeks sent me easy instructions to restore the program I needed... I am very happy with the quality of ProdigyTeks service! My laptop had a damaged HDD and I was not able to recover any data by myself. PridigyTeks specialists did recover all the data and none of it was damaged! They also changed failed HDD for a new SSD. I was very pleased when they took my suggestion regarding new SSD and installed the one I picked. They also reinstalled Windows 8.1 and put all drivers needed which saved a lot of time for me. But what is most amazing is the price for the whole service! They gave me 50$ student discount so it was even more affordable! If you are looking for data recovery, windows reinstallation, new hardware and great service with all mentioned being less than $250 then ProdigyTeks is your choice!

The most impressive quality of Prodigy Tek is the level of their ethics- right from the beginning they advised that repairing my laptop would cost awfully close to what I'd spend to just buy a new one! I chose to have them repair it anyway, and from that point on every step of the process was great- they were clear on what everything would cost and how long it would take, and made sure I understood and agreed before doing anything. I recommend them, and will definitely come back to them if I have any further problems.
